a similar but different take on this toto shred. featuring some slow vibrato (8 secs) thin lizzy style shreds (29 secs). hoodie by parklife. if you’re not familiar with the toto album IV, it won a grammy and i grew up listening to it on tape, it was my first album and i really love it! 80’s rock/pop with these virtuosic and mathy flavors. really special to me. this song ‘afraid of love’ was my favorite and it kicks off side two of the album which my dad had dubbed onto a cassette that i found in the closet by myself.
