Cookies / Online Marketing

We use a combination of third party services, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel and Twitter Universal Website Tag, to monitor visitors to our website. This compiles information on the latter two platforms, from which we can monitor the number of visitors to certain parts of the website, or direct further online advertising or marketing materials to visitors on social media platforms Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We cannot access this data or information to identify persons individually.

Mailing Lists

When signing up for our label newsletter, we only ask you for your email address. The newsletter sign-up also requires consent in the form of a secondary opt-in confirmation email.

We use third party provider Mailchimp to deliver our newsletter, which gathers statistics on email opening and click through rates, as well as un-subscription counts, click activity and opens by geographical location.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, clicking the “Unsubscribe” button located at the bottom of the emails.

Third Parties

We may share anonymised information with other organisations, particularly merchandising or retailer partners such as Townsends, who we use as a “D2C” or Direct to Consumer provider. Any such sharing will be strictly for use with online marketing for applicable artists on the Lucky Number Music roster and not shared for further use, unless explicit permission is granted.

This will be either emails or website tracking information collated through the aforementioned third party social media platforms.

We cannot access this data or information to identify persons individually.
